Key License Highlights
1. Grant of License
By purchasing the Moa Pro Lifetime license ($19.50 one-time payment), Kutor Labs grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the software for personal, commercial, and client-facing design and development projects.
2. Multi-Device Usage
A single Pro license key may be activated across your personal and professional browsers (e.g. your desktop workstation, personal laptop, and multiple browser profiles) owned and operated by you. Sharing license keys publicly or reselling keys is strictly prohibited.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Moa does not fit your workflow or technical expectations, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply email your order receipt to [email protected], and we will process the refund with no hassle.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership of all vector assets, component designs, and color tokens extracted or created using Moa. Kutor Labs claims zero ownership or rights over any design assets copied into Figma.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Kutor Labs be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
